Hyperhydrosis

Hyperhydrosis

Excessive sweating, sometimes known as Hyperhidrosis can affect any part of the body, although it is most common in the armpits.

It is a relatively common condition, thought to affect 2 or 3 percent of the population.  Treatments have traditionally involved topical anti perspirant preparations which are not always effective. By injecting toxin into the muscles in the armpit the sweating process can be eliminated for up to nine months.
